Charlotte is a Sydney-based holistic Psychologist who is passionate about destigmatizing mental distress and empowering people to transform their health. Charlotte’s approach is holistic, she bridges Western science with Eastern healing techniques. Known for her bold approach, Charlotte is able to see the best in people. She lifts you up, helps you let go of the past, provides tools, and sends you on your way.
Charlotte grew up in the South Island of Aotearoa/New Zealand. She was drawn to psychology at a young age due to the lack of support she personally experienced as a young person and the noticeable stigma that existed around mental health issues at the time. This did not sit well with her and she has spent two decades dedicated to understanding and supporting people.
